Double materiality is the basis. We prepared an impact analysis for one of the largest Czech printers

Our tailor-made services are not just an empty slogan, but we always try to adapt our cooperation to the client's needs. So you can contact us not only with the complete ESG report, but also with the preparation of the sub-sections related to the sustainability report. In recent months, this has been the case for a number of clients, in particular the preparation of a double materiality analysis.
Severotisk is one of the largest Czech printers, which, as a member of the German EDS Group, provides services not only to Czech but also to foreign clients. The printer has been applying the principles of sustainability in its corporate policy for a long time, so we were able to build our cooperation on the basis of previously prepared company documents. These were the basis for Severotisk's support in the area of strategic communication, which we at Frank Bold Advisory have been working on for the last year.
What did our collaboration look like?
The client had already developed a basic ESG strategy from the past, which should normally be preceded by a double materiality analysis. This needed to be refined. Therefore, we prepared an impact materiality for Severotisk, in which we identified the company's impacts on the environment, employees and other external groups of people affected by Severotisk's business according to ESG standards.
We then assessed these against the required standards and, as part of the initial analysis, identified key themes for upcoming reporting. We provided the client with a list of impacts and their assessments to work with going forward.
In the next step, we will support the North Press in the internal processing of financial materiality. The result should be an internal overview of the risks and opportunities that will be central to Severotisk's sustainability in terms of further business development and increasing business resilience.
