Green financial products according to the SFDR

As a real estate fund, you will meet the SFDR conditions and be more attractive to retail investors.

 Investors and banks must disclose how they take into account sustainability factors under the SFDR from 2022 onwards. Funds that want to secure a competitive advantage as well as a larger investment flow need to have their portfolios in line with the conditions for light or dark green investments - light and dark green funds.
